Progress at Alliander

Daan

  • LFE summit hosted a workshop on OpenSTEF and a talk on model selection for congestion forecasting.

  • Progress on a different model (S4) originating from an R&D effort. This will potentially influence the development of OpenSTEF, but it's too early to draw conclusions. Open call to anybody to share data to make this model even better!

  • Dealing with missed generation
Currently a hot topic within Alliander. Suggestions welcome on how others deal with this to correct training data.

  • First community run PR!

  • Still work ongoing after co-coding session.

Any other business

  • Andrea remarked that the numpy version should be restricted more. We should fix that soon! People ran into that as well during the LFE workshop.

  • Tests seem to be depending on each other. We should fix that soon.

  • Next community meeting: 24/10/24
