Hi Stefan and Sander,
Nice to e-meet you! As Amir said, I'm OSTIF's Project Manager and my primary role is to manage the logistics of the security engagements.
At this point, we will begin scoping the audit for CoMPAS and then select the best-fit security researchers from our network for this engagement's unique needs. In the meantime, you can do the following at your convenience:
Familiarize yourself with our typical audit process in this security packet - this will be a great resource throughout the engagement, feel free to share with anyone who will be involved
Answer the questions in the questionnaire section of the packet - this will help us to properly scope the audit. (This can also be done together in an intro meeting, if you prefer.)
Check out some of the other recent security engagements we've completed for LF Energy projects:
OpenEXR - this audit was not part of LF Energy but is a good comparison to the high-level scope of this engagement for CoMPAS
If you would like, we can schedule a brief intro meeting to discuss any questions you have and go through the questionnaire together.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Tom
@David Monichi will start to fill in the form, Sander or Stefan will fill in the open questions.

New date for the next CoMPAS TSC meeting, @Sander Jansen is unavailable on 13th of may: 11 may 2026 16:00.
TransnetBW management decided to don’t spend money in the current construction to fund CoMPAS development for this year. Christian will check the overall engineering proces already build (by SprintEins and Bearingpoint) on maturity and usability. @Christian Ruopp is looking other creative ways to support the project.
@Jean-Etienne LEMAIRE : Discuss with Boris the formal steps for RTE's withdrawal from the CoMPAS project and the handling of RTE-maintained code, and bring a proposal to the next meeting for a formal vote.
