Note projects and SIGs that want longer meeting times should request Tuesday (before the main event) or Friday (after the main event) as space will be limited on the actual event days. Tuesday/Friday meetups will most likely take place at a hotel location rather than the conference center. Space requests should be submitted no later than 28 March 2025.”
