Waveform & Periodic Computed Data

The concept is to create a fully packaged data stream, that contains waveform sample data, as well as, computed data that is sent periodically, in two separate message/topic/event labels.

All waveform data would be sampled and derived to IEEE 754-2019 32 bit floating point data types.

This includes a concept to identify both, as well as other potential sample points, LINE-side and LOAD-side voltage (CHANNEL_TYPE) within the waveform stream.
