The GE members (Jean-François Legros and Patrick Montaner) are voted out the TSC; They did not show up in a long time.
Sander becomes the new chair of the CoMPAS TSC
Pascal will stay in the TSC despite leaving Alliander by end of the month

RTE is debugging the automated SCL generation chain; RTE has 3,5 people working on the project;
The Alliander developers are leaving end of this month. Development will be temporary on hold from the Alliander side.
