pascal wilbrink made a script to load OCL rules in typescript; This is not open source (yet). This could replace Riseclipse. This can run in the browser and on a server.
ANTLR could be interesting to convert OCL rules to typescript on scale. The current approach is type over the existing rules in typescript.
FYI: OpenSCD moved away from LF energy; OpenSCD ecosystem has still a big risk of fragmentation

TransnetzBW is planning to use CoMPAS as well
Review CoMPAS repositories; What is their purpose? Do we need to keep it? They don't have a clear readme.md.
